How does it work if I purchase as a gift?
After you purchase, you will identify the storyteller and the storyteller can start immediately or you may schedule a digital delivery date such as a holiday or birthday. You may also add a special message as part of your digital delivery to their email inbox. This makes it the perfect last minute gift as no shipping is required to get started.
We also allow someone else to select the questions (example: daughter selects questions for Mom, and Mom answers with her stories and photos). This is a great bonding experience.

Can I add more than one storyteller?
After your purchase, you will be able to add storytellers (example: both Mom and Dad) within your account for $50 each. They can all contribute to the same book.
How quickly can I answer questions?
You can set questions to be emailed more or less frequently based on preference. You can also login and work at your own pace. You could login and write the book in a day if you really wanted to!
Can I select my own questions?
Yes! By default, we will send questions but you may choose to select your own questions from our extensive question library or write your own questions (ex: Tell me about the family vacation of 1995). Questions can be rearranged or removed prior to OR after answering them.
Photos are encouraged in your storytelling!
Can I edit my stories and photos later?
Memorygram allows the user to login and add or edit stories and photos at any time.
Can I customize the book cover?
You can select from our variety of cover templates and add text and photos of your choice to make the book truly yours!
Can I order additional books?
You can order additional copies now, when your book is ready, or anytime after. Our industry-leading, all-color books are $79 each regularly, but you can save by purchasing during our sale today!
Can I preview my book as I write?
Memorygram has a PDF preview generator that shows you what the inside of the book will look like as you make changes. You can also make any final edits to the text and photos and use the PDF preview as many times as you like. You can also re-arrange questions prior to sending the book to print.
Once you approve the layout, you will select your cover design and add a photo, a title, and the author(s).
What is your refund policy?
Our product is backed with a 7 day risk-free money back guarantee as long as no books are printed. Printed books are custom and cannot be returned. We are happy to replace defects or product issues. This policy excludes special offers.
Is my data secure?
Yes, all uploaded content is securely stored and only accessible by those you share it with. Our top priority is to keep your personal information safe and secure as you embark on your storytelling journey. As a US based company, we abide by all data privacy laws and our servers are located in the USA.
Who retains the rights to my story?
You (or the storyteller) retain ownership of your stories, photos and audio recordings. Memorygram’s role is simply to help you capture, design and print your Legacy Book.
How big are the books?
Your purchase comes with a premium 8.5" × 11" book. It is the perfect size for a coffee table book and looks stunning in your home. Our industry-leading books are all-color interior & exterior.
How long can my book be?
Your book can be up to 450 pages. That's about 60 questions with photos.
Do you ship internationally?
We now ship our books outside of the US. Many countries are no additional shipping charge (Australia, Canada, Ireland, and the UK are no additional charge) but please contact us at hello@memorygram.com for specific pricing.
How do I order for multiple people?
For separate books that will be authored by a separate individuals, you would place a separate order. This allows each purchase to be setup for the specific book.
