How does the Voice Feature work?
The Voice Feature is completely optional and is included with all Virtual Memorials.
When you are creating the Virtual Memorial, there is a 'chat' section to upload a short voice clip of your loved one and answer some personality tuning questions.
Once you add this to the Virtual Memorial, a "Talk With" button will appear, and you can have a conversation with your loved one's voice and personality.

You can immediately begin the process to create a Virtual Memorial by signing up AT THIS LINK and clicking "Add a Medallion"
Once the Virtual Memorial is built, it can immediately be shared by clicking the share button and getting your unique URL.
How does photo and video upload work?
We allow direct upload of photos and videos to the Virtual Memorial. You may add more at anytime.
Can I update the content on the Virtual Memorial?
Yes, you can update the content on the Virtual Memorial at any time, allowing you to add new memories and photos. You can also use the voice feature immediately or setup in the future.
What is a Memorygram QR Medallion?
It’s a beautiful, weather-proof, 4" x 4" aluminum heart engraved with your loved one’s name, birth year, year of passing, and a unique QR code. Each medallion comes with an indoor stand and an adhesive patch for outdoor use, such as on a gravestone.
The QR code links to the Virtual Memorial you built, to scan and revisit their life, photos, videos, and stories.
Are there any recurring subscription fees?
There are no recurring subscription based fees. We don't run ads on our platform, share personal information or engage in intrusive practices. That is engrained in our culture and part of our ethos here at Memorygram in Austin, TX.
