The voice feature is completely optional and is included with all medallion purchases.

When you are creating the Virtual Memorial, there is a section to upload a short voice clip of your loved one and answer some personality tuning questions.

Once you add this to the Virtual Memorial, a "Talk With" button will appear, and you can have a conversation with your loved one's voice and personality.

Simply scan the QR code on the medallion using a smartphone or QR code scanner. This will direct you to the Virtual Memorial where you can view and share memories.

There are no recurring subscription based fees. Your Medallion purchase includes your Virtual Memorial forever. We don't run ads, share personal information or engage in intrusive practices. That is engrained in our culture and part of our ethos here at Memorygram in Austin, TX.
