Return and exchange policy

Legacy Books:
We are happy to offer a 30 day risk-free money back guarantee from the date of your purchase. Please email us at hello@memorygram.com with your request and we will process your refund as long as no books are printed. Printed books are custom and cannot be returned or exchanged. We are happy to replace defects or product issues. We are also happy to transfer the membership to another at anytime if it is not working out.

Medallions:
We stand behind our product and offer a lifetime warranty. If there are any defects, damages or wear and tear, we will replace the medallion at no additional cost. As each medallion is custom made, we are unable to accept returns. If there are any issues with your medallion please contact us at hello@memorygram.com

Custom Products:
Due to the personalized nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns. However, we are happy to replace any products with defects. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us at hello@memorygram.com

FamilyDial:

FamilyDial subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Canceling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing cycle. Refunds for active or past subscription periods are issued only if required by applicable law.
