We've got you covered. Our system sends friendly automatic reminders to contributors who haven't submitted yet, so you don't have to chase anyone down. Most organizers see an 85%+ response rate. You can also send your own nudges from your dashboard anytime.
Most books are completed in 2 to 4 weeks. We recommend starting at least 4 weeks before the anniversary so the book is in your hands for the celebration. You set the deadline for contributors, we send reminders, and once submissions are in you review and approve. Printing and shipping takes about 10 business days. For milestone anniversaries (25th, 50th, etc.), 4 to 6 weeks gives you breathing room.
Yes. You have full control as the organizer. You can read every submission, edit text, reorder stories, and preview the final layout before approving it for print. Nothing goes to the printer without your approval.

Absolutely. Your first hardcover is included in the $99 price. Additional copies are available for $67 each today and can be ordered at checkout. Our industry-leading, all-color books are normally $79 each, but you can save by purchasing today for $67.
Yes. Most organizers start 4 to 6 weeks before the anniversary so the book is in your hands for the dinner, the surprise party, or the morning of. You set the contributor deadline, we send reminders, and once submissions are in you review and approve. Printing and shipping takes about 10 business days. Want help mapping the timeline? We offer a 30 day risk-free money back guarantee as long as no books have been printed. Once a book is sent to print, it's a custom product and cannot be returned, but we'll happily replace any defective copies.
If you can type it, we can print it. You can write the questions and type the answers in any language, and the book will print in that language. The main limitation is that the platform interface for managing questions is in English, so you would need to be comfortable navigating it.
Our voice-to-text transcription is currently limited to English, but we will always save the original audio recording. If the transcription comes through incorrectly, you can simply highlight it, delete it, and type the correct text in your language, the audio will still remain attached and playable via the QR code.
