Creating a Virtual Memorial and Activating Medallions

Thank you for joining ourĀ Memorygram community!

While yourĀ medallion is being created and shipped, you can follow the below instructions to setup the online profile of the departed.

CreateĀ A Virtual Memorial

Go toĀ https://medallions.memorygram.com/register/Ā and create an account following the instructions in the videoĀ below.Ā Ā

You may login again anytime with your newly created username and password at the linkĀ https://medallions.memorygram.com/login/

Please Note: To create or edit the profile, you must click the three dots in the top right to add text, photos and videos. Clicking "View Profile" will not be able to do this.

Activating The Physical Medallion

1. After creating the online profile and receiving your physical medallion, scan the QR code on the medallion.

2. Press the image of the profile you wish to link to the medallion.

3. Your medallion is now linked and activated

Note: It is important that you create the Virtual MemorialĀ for the departed before attempting to link the physical medallion.
